Initial Consultation : 90 minutes – £50*
Follow-up Consultation: 45 minutes – £30*
- * The cost of postage and packing may be added up to £10 including the remedy.
- Please note that missed appointments or those cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
Appointments
- Appointments take place online or in person in Salisbury.
- For online appointments please ensure you have a private space to speak to me in and no distractions.
- Initial appointments last for 90 minutes (approximately).
- Follow-up appointments last for 45 minutes (approximately).
- Appointments are usually spaced four to six weeks apart.
Availability
- I can be contacted by email.
- Please do not send long emails – it is preferable to book an appointment in this case.
- I can be contacted during working hours and will always try to reply within 24 hours.
- During holiday periods I will let you know when I am unavailable and who you can contact during this time.
Fees
- I will invoice you after I have sent out your remedies. Please pay within seven days of receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
- Fees do not include remedies or postage and packing, for this there may be an additional charge up to £10.
- Time spent responding to enquiries between appointments will incur a fee, unless it is brief.
Supply of remedies
Remedies will be sent out to you by post after the consultation together with instructions on how to take them.
Acute illness
For illnesses such as coughs, colds, sore throats etc. I can be contacted for advice. The fee for this is £20 – £30. Many people find it helpful to have a small kit of remedies at home for such circumstances. These can be obtained from Helios www.helios.co.uk or Ainsworth’s www.ainsworth.com pharmacies [£60 with 42 remedies].
Emergencies
For any medical emergency please always contact your GP, NHS 111 or go to Hospital, Accident & Emergency.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate medical and personal information during consultations to allow for the appropriate selection of remedies.
Clients must adhere to instructions provided regarding remedy usage.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of homeopathic remedies or services. Clients understand that the effectiveness of homeopathy varies and results cannot be guaranteed. All consultations and information provided by this practice are intended to promote general health and wellbeing. Homeopathic services are not a replacement for professional medical care and do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients are advised to maintain contact with their GP and other relevant healthcare providers regarding any medical treatment or medication.
